Some Thoughts About Planet Di Gi Charat

Post by MrKusanagi94 on Mon May 05, 2014 10:23 am

Well, I'm been pondering about how everything that is written on signs on the Planet Di Gi Charat were read in the English Alphabet. While I never did find the answer to that mystery, I for one think it has somthing to do with the Royal Family decision to teach the citizens how to read English...

Oh, I don't know. I am just desparate for conversation, but maybe when Dejiko, Puchiko, and Gema fled Di Gi Charat, the Royal Family had to change the rules and make all text in Japanese. Of course, that was where Dejiko crash-landed, but the question is why was that decision final?

What do you think? Maybe anyone can draw their own conclusions to this mystery.

Just wishing for a Di Gi Charat All Stars series to happen.

Well, Japan does occasionally use the English language on signs and advertisements and whatnot, and even borrow words from English and use them in Japanese. So, it makes sense that their media would do the same.

Though I guess it is a tad strange that there's more English than Japanese written in Panyo Panyo....
